Robin is an International Yoga Teacher who has taught yoga in Belize, Dominican Republic and many different regions around Costa Rica for over a year. Her sense of adventure and appreciation for natural healing have convinced her to move to Costa Rica and continue to explore Central America.
Originally from Texas, she began her yoga practice in college and found the lifestyle to be most beneficial in helping her overcome both physical and emotional challenges throughout her own life and has found great purpose sharing these benefits with her students of all ages and skill levels.
Balancing mind, body and spirit are key to her practice and teaching strength, flexibility and adaptability provide her students with their own ability to lead more positive, productive and healthy lives, at any age. Robin practices and teaches meditation, pranayama and the asanas (postures) in an atmosphere of inspiration and kindness. Her students learn to confidently practice yoga and meditation with intention and purpose while building self-confidence.
Robin has developed her teaching style to incorporate all skill levels, all ages, and all body types, men and women. She has dedicated many hours researching yoga as a therapeutic tool for the handicapped and elderly population. Her classes include a seamless mixture of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative Yoga.
Robin is currently teaching yoga internationally and has enjoyed travels to Europe, Jamaica, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Belize and most currently lives and teaches in Costa Rica.

DeAnna is a Yoga Therapist, Neuroscience based Life Coach, Ayurvedic Practitioner, Reiki Master and Vedic Astrologer. Her journey practicing yoga began in 1993, leading her to teach others in 2003. In 2007 DeAnna began training yoga teachers through her Breathe Into Awareness and Recovery programs. DeAnna’s former training in special education, combined with Yoga and Ayurveda studies, inspired her to specialize in working with populations with various physical and emotional challenges. In 2004, her Breathe into Recovery Program was born, offering yoga tools for addiction and trauma. Most recently, in 2017, DeAnna began studying and teaching individuals with neurological conditions, including stroke and paralysis. DeAnna’s group class approach strives to create a welcoming environment, meeting each person where they are, from beginner to seasoned practitioner. Each person is encouraged to take agency over their practice, leaving them feeling successful and empowered.
In addition to yoga, DeAnna specializes in Life Coaching based on neuroscience, learning to re-wiring the brain for long-term success. Since discovering this approach in 2014, DeAnna interweaves neuroscience and yoga methods for all of her individual clients, classes, and training programs.
